Mr. Barr has over 35 years of experience in the Mining Industry managing public companies. Currently Mr. Barr is the Chairman & CEO of New Age Metals and El Nino Ventures. He is also on the Board of Directors of both companies. Mr. Barr has created shareholder value by building teams to assist him in corporate finance, project acquisition, and exploration and development of mineral projects in 9 countries and 3 continents. As a CEO, he has guided his management teams to complete over 43 option joint venture agreements with major mining companies, and over 300 with mid-tier and junior mining companies. Mr. Barr and his team have raised approximately $300 million in non-broker private placements, other equity arrangements and option joint venture agreements.

Robert Guanzon,

Mr. Guanzon, CPA, CMA, has been in the field of accounting for more than 25 years. He has been involved in the financial reporting of junior mining exploration companies, pharmaceutical manufacturing business, research & development, real estate/property management, and project building construction. Mr. Guanzon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) and a member of Chartered Professional Accountants British Columbia. He brings extensive experience in dealing with financial matters and corporate strategy.

Ms. Brown is an administrator with over 15 years of experience in the corporate and securities industries in both public and private sectors. Ms. Brown has previously held positions as corporate secretary and corporate assistant for publicly traded companies. She currently holds the position of Corporate Secretary for El Nino Ventures and New Age Metals.

John Londry, Director
Mr. Londry received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Geology from the University of Windsor. For the past 30 years Mr. Londry has been active in the mineral exploration and mining industry. Mr. Londry’s considerable experience encompasses both grass roots and advanced stage exploration projects throughout Canada, the United States and South America. Mr. Londry has held senior positions with Camflo, Noranda Exploration, Hemlo Gold Mines, and Battle Mountain Gold.
Colin Bird, Director
Mr. Colin Bird is a chartered mining engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. He has spent over 20 years in operational mine management. He has extensive international experience in developing, financing and managing mines. He has been involved in the management of Nickel, Copper, Gold and other diverse mineral operations. He is responsible for listing several resource companies and has been the founder of a number successful companies significantly Kiwara Resources Plc and Pan African Resources Plc. Mr. Bird has served on resource company boards in the UK, Canada and South Africa. He has specific PGM industry knowledge generally gained in South Africa where he is the Chairman of Jubilee Platinum Plc an emerging platinum focused junior.
Ron Hieber, Director
Mr. Hieber is an Internationally recognized Expert, in Platinum Group Metals, and was Head of Worldwide Exploration, for Anglo Platinum, the world’s largest Platinum producer. He is a geology graduate of Rhodes University, South Africa, with high school education having been completed in Zimbabwe, in 1968. He began his career with Anglo American Platinum, on the company’s Platinum mines in Rustenburg, followed by service on the mines in other Bushveld Complex areas, becoming Chief Geologist at Rustenburg in 1981.
In 1986 he was appointed to the corporate office as head of all Anglo Platinum’s mining geology and exploration functions, which remained part of his responsibilities until he retired from Anglo Platinum at 58, in 2009. During his service with Anglo, Ron was made a Divisional Director and the Group’s Survey, Ventilation, Rock Engineering and Strategic Planning functions were added to his Geological responsibilities. From the time of his appointment at Corporate, he contributed significantly to the accumulation, retention and management of Anglo Platinum’s mineral rights portfolio, on the Bushveld Complex and Great Dyke, whilst also directing worldwide PGM Exploration Programmes for Anglo Platinum, in Australia, China, Canada, Russia and Brazil. This included heading-up the River Valley Option/Joint Venture for Anglo Platinum, from Discovery, in 2000, with Pacific North West Capital. At the time he retired, he was a Director of several Anglo Platinum subsidiaries, including Unki Platinum Ltd. (Zimbabwe) and Rustenburg Platinum Mines Ltd. From 2009, Ron worked as Executive Director: Business Development for Kameni Ltd., which had PGM interests, in the Eastern Bushveld and Zimbabwe. After selling its projects, Kameni closed and Mr. Hieber now runs his own company, with interests in South African and Zimbabwean Gold projects.

Ali Hassanalizadeh, M.Sc, PGeo, MBA,
Advisor
Mr. Hassanalizadeh is a senior geologist and possesses extensive experience in mineral exploration and project management. He graduated in geology in 1991 and completed his M.Sc. in Petrology in 1995. In 2010 he completed an MBA at Queen’s University, building on his experiences as Project Geologist and Project Manager. Ali has been responsible for a number of Uranium, gold and base metal projects during his exploration career with various explorations companies. Ali is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
Gordon Chunnett, B.Sc. (Hons),
Advisor
Mr. Chunnett has extensive global experience in platinum group metal (PGM) operations, exploration and mine development, with particular emphasis on Southern Africa. He has served with Anglo Platinum Limited for approximately 31 years as Head of Platinum Geology and Exploration. Mr. Chunnett has unparalleled experience in the Bushveld and Great Dyke, which served well for the exploration projects that he headed up in Brazil, Canada, Russia, China, Zimbabwe and elsewhere.
Curt Freeman, M.Sc.,
Geological Consultant, Alaska/North America
Mr. Freeman has over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and is the founder of Avalon Development Corp. one of Alaska’s biggest and best known geological consulting companies. Mr. Freeman has worked with IMG and its companies within the group and has been an instrumental figure in the success of a number of exploration projects throughout Alaska.
Ali Zamani, B.Sc.
Mr. Zamani has served as the Managing Partner of Overlook Investments LLC since January 2016 and currently serves on the boards of Applied Minerals, Mexican Gold Corp and Rejuvenan Global Health. Prior to Overlook Investments, Mr. Zamani served as a Portfolio Manager at Gefinor Capital Management and as Chief Investment Officer of the GEF Opportunities Fund from 2014-2015. From 2012-2013, Mr. Zamani was a Principal at SLZ Capital Management. Prior thereto, he was a Portfolio Manager at Goldman Sachs & Co from 2004 to 2012 responsible for managing the firm's proprietary investments in publicly traded mining and materials companies. Prior to Goldman Sachs & Co, Mr. Zamani was an Investment Banker focused on mergers and acquisitions at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
Mr. Zamani holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Susan Mitchell, BA
Susan Mitchell, BA, MIM and FINRA qualified Series 79 and 63, brings proven business acumen as an investment banker with a principal’s perspective as well as her structured approach to building businesses and relationships. She built these qualities as a senior investment banker in two global financial institutions, in treasury of a Fortune 400 mining company and at her own corporate finance advisory firm, S. Mitchell & Associates, LLC, over several decades. Her specialized expertise is in natural resource development globally, having customized project financings for developments in the Americas, Africa and Asia. Her international presence in the minerals, oil and gas and clean energy sectors includes financing, strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions and restructuring while working in locales as diverse as Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, England, France, Tanzania and the US. Ms. Mitchell’s innovative style and creative problem-solving approach enabled her to advance in the corporate world from Manager at CIBC in Toronto, to Director, Financial Risk Management at Cyprus Amax Minerals and then Managing Director at Westdeutsche Landesbank, Global Structured Finance in New York. During this time, she also taught Enterprise Risk Management at New York University. Born in Bronxville, New York, she earned her Undergraduate Degree in International Economics and Finance from McGill University and her Masters Degree at Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management. She is a citizen of US, U.K. and Canada and is fluent in English and French, with a working knowledge of Italian and Spanish.
